• 2 showers, 2 toilets – including accessible facilities
• External staircase between floors
• WiFi available
• Access to telephone available by key for 999 calls only

GENERAL

• Manual in each building which contains a print of all information from the website
• Each bunk has a mattress with a waterproof cover
• Please check inventories before you leave, advise and pay the Warden for breakages
• Guests are trusted to leave the property clean and tidy when they leave

As with all premises in the UK, smoking is NOT permitted in the buildings.

Separate fire alarm systems are installed in the House and Annex. Leaders MUST ensure their group understand the Evacuation Instructions & know the Assembly Point location
